About The Position

Schwab's Retirement Distribution Operations team aims to be an industry leader in operational excellence. The team comprises subject matter experts in retirement products, dedicated to providing world-class client experiences by operating "Through the Client’s Eyes." Requirements

  • Prior financial services experience

  • Ability and desire to become a subject matter expert on retirement product offerings, including IRS rules and regulations and their impact on clients.

  • Ability to analyze client and advisor requests and resolve according to set procedures.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid (processing and hotlines) environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Well-developed organizational, time management, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service-centric environment.
  • Desire to pursue industry licensing such as the Series 7/63.

Responsibilities
