This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio (preferred), Des Moines, Iowa or Scottsdale, Arizona office 2 days per week on Mondays & Tuesdays. Nationwide is on the hunt for a Specialist, Quality Engineer to support the Nationwide Financial Salesforce platform team. What You'll Do: Evolve Our Salesforce Regression Test Suite using TOSCA: You'll manage and refine our test suite using TOSCA, ensuring it adapts to new Salesforce integration patterns. Mentorship: Share your knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers, promoting best practices and consistent processes. Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement test automation best practices to enhance our team's daily automation activities. Contribute to Large Scale Projects: Play a pivotal role in large-scale Salesforce implementations and support the external deployment process. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and solve complex software development issues. Communication: Build and foster business relationships through excellent communication skills.
