About The Position

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Redmond, WA office. This position will support various significant / flagship in-space missions for NASA, DoD, Commercial Primes. You will be responsible for management and contract performance of production and/or development programs. This individual will manage and direct assigned programs, which includes defining and controlling program scope, overall schedules and budget in accordance with applicable contractual and L3Harris policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Strong background in propulsion systems and aerospace engineering.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or Project Management certificate
  • Experience with government or national aerospace programs is highly desirable.
  • Capability to obtain a security clearance
  • Periodic travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, testing, and integration of propulsion systems for high-profile national aerospace or defense missions.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project stability throughout its lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
  • Provide guidance on propulsion system design, performance, and compliance with national and international standards.
  • Utilize EVM techniques to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and scope objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve mission success.
