About The Position

The Specialist, Product Commercialization will be responsible for project management support for key business Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh and Cost Savings projects related to Finished Goods. This role provides project management leadership to support the delivery of all assigned projects. The Specialist will develop project plans with input from all functional partners, manage timely progression of various projects, and prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation. They will also present crucial project updates and timelines to their Manager and lead weekly Commercialization Meetings with the cross-functional team. A key responsibility includes coordinating the packaging pre-production process from Design Frozen to Art Release to printers.

  • Highly communicative and focused on pre-emptive problem solving with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Quickly identifies issues and able to prioritize as needed.
  • Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities.
