Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain an up-to-date supplier database.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure competitive rates and favorable conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and support the development of effective sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or discrepancies to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement in sourcing processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging supplier opportunities to optimize sourcing decisions.
• Maintain documentation and records related to supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.
