About The Position

Primary Health Care Clinical Integration Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Primary Health Care portfolio. They will demonstrate systems thinking, knowledge and experience with innovative approaches of change and project management to support an environment of continuous quality improvement within a matrix structure. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience of clinical best practices and support innovative approaches in the delivery of clinical services. The Specialist is responsible for implementing Primary Health Care projects that connect to the goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience developing and leading planning and programs in complex environment
  • Health Care Administration diploma
  • Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
  • Analytical skills

  • Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
  • Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines

  • Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan
