About The Position

The Specialist, Population Health Impact reports directly to the Director of Strategic Alignment within the Population Health Impact team. The Specialist is responsible for building, supporting, and sustaining organizational capacity in population health by developing impactful learning resources and educational materials, and facilitating employee orientation sessions. To increase awareness and visibility across Aledae, the Specialist manages the centralized team intake process, facilitates follow up for those requests and oversees end-to-end team communications throughout the year—including drafting, coordinating contributions, managing content, and distributing communications. The Specialist also serves as a key contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supporting the annual ERG impACT project and providing ongoing assistance to ERG leadership. The Specialist will also apply core concepts of population health, evidence-based practices, and health literacy in their daily work and assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration or similar
  • 3+ years work experience in healthcare or related field is required
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Health Education Specialist [CHES], Certification in Public Health [CPH], or Certified Health and Wellness Coach) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Population Health Resources: Design, implement, and update impactful learning resources and educational materials to build and sustain organizational capacity in population health, including facilitating employee orientation sessions.
  • Lead End-to-End Team Internal Communications: Manage the centralized intake process for the Population Health Impact team and oversee all internal communications throughout the year—from drafting and coordinating content and contributions, to distribution.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Serve as a key contact for ERGs by supporting the annual ERG impACT project and providing strategic assistance and guidance to ERG leadership.
  • Support Population Health Support Requests: Provide ongoing support for incoming Population Health inquiries and project requests, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
