About The Position
JLL is seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team at MSP. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a commercial facility. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota. Experience level is flexible—newly licensed plumbers are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems.
- Basic computer skills for work order documentation.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Test and maintain backflow prevention devices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed.
