About The Position

This position is responsible for providing superior customer service in the Player Lounge. The role involves maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and celebrating guest wins. The Specialist will greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide fast, flawless service. They will also check for guest satisfaction, resolve service issues, and promote Total Rewards programs. A warm farewell and thanks to guests are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • CER License is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality.
  • Appropriate training on CMS system.

Nice To Haves

  • Entertainment background or restaurant experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of MICROS system preferred.
