As a Googler Experience Operations (GXO) Specialist, you will drive operational accuracy and scalability for critical service lines within scaled operations management. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service delivery, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and executing on program initiatives that directly impact the Googler experience. By troubleshooting system infrastructures and standardizing workflows across regions, you will ensure our internal processes remain efficient and data-driven. You will be bridging service gaps and maintaining the operational health of our global people programs through expert execution and cross-functional collaboration. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
