Responsibilities
- Ability to look up parts in Manufacturers Part Manuals
- Ability to use sourcing materials to source parts and best price and delivery
- Works closely with the invoicing and service departments to ensure pricing is accurate and fair for the customer
- Identify parts requested and provide pricing for technicians and customers
- Assist in warehouse inventory management
- Ensure unused, damaged, or warranty parts are returned in a timely manner
- Utilizing parts manuals and breakdowns for multiple Manufacturers
- Vendor communication
- Parts order processing
- Providing parts tracking and accurate shipping ETAs as dictated by suppliers
