About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role Specialist, Middle Office Representative ll, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters. Lead daily activities of a Middle Office support team servicing multiple funds and assist in resolving escalated problems during daily, weekly, or monthly accounting and reporting. Supervise the tracking of fund data and trades, maintenance of records, and establish data maintenance and summarization processes to improve team efficiency. Search for fail points in processes, provide error reports to clients in compliance with service level agreements, and assist in implementing process improvements to reduce audit and financial exposure.

Requirements

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Mutual fund industry background is preferred.
3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
