This position serves as the first line of automation support for assigned manufacturing lines and/or systems, as well as for engineering projects. The role involves collaboration with plant maintenance, operations, and process improvement teams to resolve line performance issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting and supporting quality investigations related to equipment/system malfunctions, leading corrective and preventive actions to closure, and supporting qualification activities and associated GMP documentation and automation change controls. The Specialist will foster an inclusive environment and a safety culture, adhering to the company's code of conduct, values, and competencies. This role requires building knowledge of the company, processes, and clients, solving medium-complex problems, and contributing to solutions, often working autonomously with moderate guidance.
