Role Overview Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing Talent Management team. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will support the development, administration, and continuous evolution of programs and initiatives related to Learning that includes onboarding, ongoing development, and leadership development. This position will also support projects across the Talent Management team, providing a unique opportunity to develop expertise and broaden your experience.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in learning, talent development or learning design
  • Recent experience as a Learning Management System administrator.
  • Project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and consistently delivering reliable results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation / facilitation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Learn 365 and Workday system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the delivery and execution of career development learning programs and learning paths including onboarding, internship programs, and leadership development.
  • Contributes to the design, development, and creation of training materials to ensure consistency and quality of content that meets the needs of the training programs.
  • Curates online learning courses via Learning Management Systems based on needs from the business.
  • Co-facilitates learning, via in person or virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methods based on best practices and adult learning.
  • Deploys assessments to validate learner comprehension and adoption.
  • Analyzes data to report on the ROI of learning programs and suggests improvements
  • Support the administration and troubleshooting needs of the LMS platform.
  • Creates and maintains learning paths and required curriculum within our LMS to track learner completion rates and usage data.
  • Maintain learning calendar, course descriptions, and schedules.
  • Enroll participants into learning sessions and maintain registration for courses.
  • Coordinate LMS updates across the Learning Admins within the system.
  • Support the employee lifecycle and career development programs by working to embed a culture of learning through dynamic programming
  • Prepare communications materials for key programs that drive learner participation and deepen our culture of learning
  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to schedule, prepare, and deliver in-person learning experiences, including internal communications, brand and facilities teams
  • Manage attendee experience and pre/post-work, set up in-person training sessions (print materials, tent cards, room set-up, supplies, food/beverage orders, etc.)
  • Supports the performance management lifecycle (goal setting, performance reviews, career conversations, talent reviews, calibration sessions) and career development programs.
  • Generates presentations and reports to update align or inform key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Assists in evaluating and analyzing talent needs and outcomes using reporting, surveys focus groups
  • Participate in broader HR department projects and initiatives as needed
