About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our team. This role is located in Westborough, MA / Boston, MA ( 4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous
