Requirements

1 year of related work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Bilingual English/Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
Ability to handle stressful situations, including handling a high volume of phone calls, technical problems and changes in departmental priorities or procedures
Solid organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

Process paperwork for potential contract carriers; perform billing and data entry tasks for multiple locations
Communicate with customers to advise them on shipment delays and/or other information necessary to complete orders; process changes and/or cancellations to delivery orders
Assist with monitoring the progress of delivery routes throughout the U.S. and Canada; track returned products and short shipments
Support the dispatch of contract carriers operating 6-7 days per week, including entering orders, editing, routing, scheduling, managing changes and updating all systems properly
Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports
Prepare billing, invoicing and settlements in a timely and accurate manner
