Job Summary The Specialist, Integrated Marketing is responsible for helping to develop omnichannel marketing plans that help to achieve business goals and opportunities. Plans will include a surround-sound mix of digital and traditional channels, both paid and owned. This role will serve as part of the internal centralized campaign team that leads planning in collaboration with key partners including Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Marketing Operations. This role reports directly to the Manager, Integrated Marketing and will support a variety of categories and/or business growth areas. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Demonstrates a good understanding of the business, competitive, and consumer dynamics to inform strategic planning. For select businesses, with assistance from the Manager: a) Sets Marketing goals using a mix of techniques based on past performance, business goals, market sizing, consumer insights, and traffic forecasting. b) Builds Marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth; including defining target audiences, determining appropriate budgets, prioritizing across opportunities, and defining timing. c) Drives Marketing goal, strategic plan, and tactical plan alignment across business and cross-functional partners. d) Ensures proper measurement plans are built for each campaign, optimizes efforts mid-flighting, and conducts a final performance analysis in collaboration with business and cross-functional partners Owns tactical plan execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including identifying the optimal channel mix across owned + paid tactics and setting the communications. Writes creative brief and traffics all assets through to campaign launch. Serve as a strategic thought partner to help define short and long-term growth roadmap for assigned promotion or product. Approximately 25% of time will be allocated to strategic development of assigned promotion or product and 75% to tactical execution
