Verifies and ensures accuracy of recorded information, forms, license number/VIN information, etc. Verifies that all documents are approved, signed, and distributed according to established procedure. Serves as a point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures. Works exception queues and updates and validates title and other exceptions in the system. Assists vendors, dealers, and other third parties with questions about processes, status, and issue resolution. Takes payments, answers phones and emails in a timely manner. Completes title packets within given states requirements and deadlines. Assists with other administrative tasks as needed within the business office. Stays updated on state and federal title regulations and ensures compliance.
