About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist II, Client Service Management, to join our International Clearance Client Service team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by serving as a point of contact to clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. You will ensure that good client relations are maintained and inquiries are researched and resolved efficiently. You will participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and report on client satisfaction. You will also participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engage internal partners as needed. You will collect data on the execution of service commitments and build your understanding of the client's business. You will serve as a project member on projects to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise. You will engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption, and build relationships with business partners. You may also engage in client service activities related to client service or sales support, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs or client documents by providing required data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
