About The Position

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is a state‑of‑the‑art biologics development and manufacturing facility supporting customers from research through early‑ and mid‑stage clinical production. This role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping activities in a dynamic environment. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. This position offers the chance to contribute to critical processes that support the development and manufacturing of life-changing biologics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or materials operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse and cold storage environments

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicle
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners preferred
• Experience with inventory systems such as JD Edwards or similar preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or cGMP environment preferred
• Knowledge of shipping processes, including international documentation, preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Pick, stock, verify, and deliver materials using First Expired, First Out (FEFO) basis
• Manage all work orders including printing, picking, staging, issuing, and closing materials
• Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in the appropriate system and location
• Handle materials using warehouse equipment, ensure safe transport between locations, and maintain inventory records including cycle counts
• Support freezer and cooler operations, temperature monitoring, and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and safety standards while maintaining an organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
