About The Position

Sentry BioPharma Services provides pharmaceutical product management for temperature sensitive medications. Sentry maintains drug products at specific temperatures, labels, kits, packages and distributes these products into and out of fifty (50) countries for a wide variety of pharmaceutical companies. Sentry’s newest product offerings include a full stability program, aliquoting for further testing and analytics for stability via its laboratory operations at Sentry Laboratory Services.

In this role, you will support the ongoing operation and compliance of our building management systems, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards essential for GMP storage and distribution environments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business (non-accounting) or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and validation activities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or similar automation/control systems preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and validation processes within regulated environments.
• Regulatory documentation and process familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry or related field is a plus.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara or equivalent system / Advanced software configuration is a plus.
• Technical Writing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of Sentry’s validated BMS software to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Operations, IT, and Quality Assurance to facilitate seamless integration of BMS into daily operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BMS systems to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of new technologies, best practices, and process improvements within the BMS environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and validation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support validation activities, including testing, calibration, and audits, to ensure ongoing compliance and system integrity.
• Participate in training sessions and provide technical support to end-users to promote effective system utilization.
