We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Assistant to join our Corporate Affairs organization team. This role is located in New York City. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Effectively prioritize the needs of the office, executive(s), and/or team by managing competing requests and negotiating prioritization among higher-level team members/managers. Evaluate non-standard problems and use judgment to develop appropriate solutions or procedures with significant autonomy in time management and work approach. Manage daily communication and interactions with the assigned executive’s/team member’s direct reports, including occasional leadership-level interactions and addressing highly complex issues escalated to the executive’s office/team. Perform advanced, diversified, and often confidential administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, and supporting seminars, workshops, and conferences logistics.
