The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Specialist, Endpoint & Mobility, come grow with us! Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of corporate endpoint devices with a primary focus on mobile platforms using Microsoft Intune. This role ensures secure, reliable access to communication and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Phone and meeting room solutions, while maintaining accurate asset inventory and supporting standardization of end-user computing services across geographically distributed HPS locations through a combination of remote support and on-site engagement.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
  • 2 to 5 years of related work experience
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM/MAM)
  • iOS and Android enterprise device management
  • Mobile security policies, compliance, and Conditional Access
  • Microsoft Teams Phone configuration and support
  • SIP-based paging and notification devices (eg. Algo)
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies
  • Asset management systems and lifecycle tracking
  • Vendor coordination and service management
  • Voice and collaboration device troubleshooting within Microsoft Teams ecosystem
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Enghouse or similar Attendant Console and Contact Center

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or training in the following would be an asset: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate and/or ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of corporate mobile devices (iOS/Android) through Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, enrollment workflows, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
  • Define and enforce security policies (e.g., compliance, conditional access, encryption, remote wipe) aligned with corporate standards.
  • Monitor device health and compliance, proactively address issues, and manage full lifecycle (onboarding, refresh, decommissioning).
  • Administer and support Teams Phone services, including number management, call routing (auto attendants, call queues), policies, and licensing.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Teams-certified endpoints and paging/intercom systems.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and associated A/V infrastructure.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are reliable and easy to use through proactive monitoring, regular maintenance, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Partner with facilities and business stakeholders on room design standards, upgrades, and new deployments to deliver a consistent meeting experience across locations.
  • Maintain accurate, centralized tracking of end-user devices and A/V assets across all locations. Define and enforce asset management processes including procurement intake, tagging, assignment, movement, and retirement.
  • Oversee managed print environment across facilities, including device deployment, vendor coordination, service performance, and cost control.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for print vendors, ensuring contractual SLAs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for endpoint, mobility, and A/V-related incidents. Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive permanent fixes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, support standards, and knowledge base articles.
