About The Position
The (USA) Specialist, eDiscovery, supports legal teams by managing document retrieval, review, and delivery processes with accuracy and timeliness. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to refine protocols and maintain standard operating procedures. The specialist drives continuous process improvements by identifying risks and performance barriers while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Through effective communication and teamwork, this position contributes to achieving business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency within Walmart’s legal discovery functions. Our team manages structured data collections to support Legal and business partners throughout discovery. We coordinate data retrieval, assess collection methods, and ensure timely, accurate, and defensible results. Collaborating closely with Legal, Technology, and other stakeholders, the team addresses risks and enhances processes using advanced tools. Members uphold high standards through documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. They contribute expertise, mentor peers, and drive efficiency to support critical investigations. Requirements
- Proven experience performing eDiscovery services, including document retrieval, review, and delivery under counsel direction.
- Strong ability to manage discovery tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to refine protocols and process documentation.
- Demonstrated capability to identify risks, business needs, and performance barriers to drive process improvements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support and lead collaborative efforts.
- Commitment to compliance, ethics, and upholding company policies and standards.
- Adaptability to change with a continuous improvement and growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Perform eDiscovery services including document retrieval, review, and timely delivery under counsel direction.
- Assist with triage of incoming requests, gathering necessary information from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to refine protocols and maintain process documentation.
- Identify and drive process improvements by assessing risks, business needs, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and support teams by coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards in all activities.
