About The Position

The Technology Services team is integral to maintaining the Firm’s overall technology, mobile and desktop devices, and core infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure and efficient operations. Technology Services is a single global operation with representation in each of the Firm’s offices. Additionally, we have shared service centers in Tampa and Manila, supporting a wide range of technologies and operations. In addition to overseeing critical enterprise systems and providing world-class client service to our global user community, we are committed to achieving a balance between new and innovative technologies while constantly ensuring data security and compliance with legal and regulatory standards, resulting in realizing value from the latest developments in technology, such as generative artificial intelligence and cloud computing models, while safeguarding sensitive client information against cyber threats and other business interruption events. Technology Services plays a significant role in supporting the Firm’s systems and people. This position is responsible for capturing, editing and producing internal digital content for the Firm, and support the production of internal content. This role will also help the Digital Production team with the various tasks of video and photography projects.

Requirements

3 + years’ hands-on experience in video capturing and editing, digital conversions, and working and handling audio/visual equipment.
Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop).
Advanced Knowledge of All-digital workflows and audio/video formats, Codecs, frame rates, etc.
Experience with online media formats, conversions, and distribution technology.
College degree or relative work experience.
Experience using E.164/H.323/H.320 & SIP protocols.
Competent using both Mac OSX and Windows 7.
Team player who is ambitious and motivated.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills and a structured approach to prioritize tasks and complete requests.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools is preferred, especially with Synthesia
Experience on other creative software platforms is preferred (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Adobe Speedgrade, Adobe Audition, etc.)

Responsibilities

Supports the planning, design, and production of digital learning media for the Technology Group, including centralizing production assets.
Captures, produces, and edits new and existing multimedia content for internal and external use.
Collaborates with other content and technical editors to trim shots, and edit, assemble and set lengths on video segments.
Works closely with content directors (producers or stakeholders) to produce video content that aligns with the directors’ vision.
Uploads video content to distribution servers.
Converts media files.
Transfers and uploads video content to servers and distribution service.
Assists with media editing and duplication, which may include DVDs, CDs, VHS, and online distribution using both Mac and PC editing software.
Photographs Firm’s events and employees’ headshots.
Assists with editing digital images, as necessary, using editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Aperture.
Maintains professional development up to date, including knowledge or exposure to video trends, tools, and best practices.
Stays up-to-date with Firm’s strategy and projects.
Is comfortable interacting with leaders and colleagues in projects.
Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external clients.
