The Digital Marketing and Creative Design Specialist is a key driver of Genesis’ digital and visual presence, responsible for creating compelling digital content,leading the organization-wide deployment, management, and optimization of social media platforms, and developing physical and digital marketing materials such as flyers, posters, videos, and promotional collateral across Genesis and its affiliated Centers. This role partners closely with national, regional, and local teams to craft innovative campaigns that elevate the brand, engage audiences, and support organizational growth. Leveraging data-driven insights, this role will produce creative assets, manage content calendars, and oversee enterprise social media governance, analytics, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all channels—all while strengthening brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining a strong reputation. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and digital and visual expertise to tell the Genesis story in ways that resonate across multiple channels.
