The QA, Digital Marketing Web ensures the quality, accuracy, and performance of PDS Health digital experiences across all web properties, including PDS Health, Smile Generation, Local Office, and PDS Medical Group sites. This role is responsible for validating that websites, landing pages, personalization, and campaign experiences function correctly, meet brand and compliance standards, and deliver a seamless patient experience. This role blends hands-on QA execution with automation and platform expertise, supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and automated testing tools to enable faster releases, fewer defects, and more reliable digital marketing performance. The QA, Digital Marketing (Web) partners with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure digital launches are accurate, compliant, and conversion-ready.
