About The Position

Digital Health Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Infrastructure, Information and Support portfolio. The Digital Health Specialist supports work flow and business process as well as the success and optimization of new and existing clinical systems within Digital Health and throughout the SHA. The Specialist leads application management, business case development, requirement gathering, risk assessment and gap analysis for all clinical system and application requests. The Specialists leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of application and clinical programs and projects. They assign project tasks to team members and develop measurable project goals and objectives along with reporting on project status/metrics. The Specialist is accountable for the provision of effective clinical information systems and project management practices to ensure efficient utilization of all clinical systems within the SHA.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Experience in a related area
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Business Administration diploma (DBA)
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in an applicable field
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
