About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Credit Risk to join our Credit Risk team. This role is located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct independent administrative and compliance reviews of underwriting submissions prepared by 1LOD and 2LOD teams. Serving as a four‑eyes control function, validating adherence to risk policies, regulatory obligations, and Internal Audit and SOX requirements. Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of Credit Risk policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and fit for use; partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify gaps and coordinate timely updates. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the replacement credit approval and rating application, including test planning, execution tracking, results analysis, defect triage, and readiness reporting. Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance and governance, contribute to Credit Risk initiatives and enterprise projects, and reduce operational risk through improved documentation and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or similar degree field is required.
  • 1-3 years total work experience is required.
  • Strong data analysis and data presentation skills
  • Excellent and demonstrable communication, written, and presentation skills are required.

  • Credit risk experience is preferred.
