We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Actions II to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In-office requirement is four days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such as dividend payments, reorganization/proxy, bond redemption, etc.
  • Manage and control high levels of risk and liability inherent in various functions, including reconciliation activities, client reporting and proration on transactions.
  • Proactively recognize, research and process moderately intricate mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including monitoring, scrubbing and notification of complex global market events.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups, depositories, agents, brokers, clients, Investment Managers, sub custodians and/or custodians.
