About The Position

Maintains configuration and inventory documentation for network, Media Center, and telephone systems, and supports the firm-fixed-price metrics and maintenance reporting task. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Update and maintain current configuration documentation and equipment inventory information Maintain a configuration control program consistent with baseline documentation Track work order metrics and prepare maintenance service reports Support change documentation and configuration management deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
• Configuration and inventory management skills for IT infrastructure
• Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
