About The Position

Join AT&T's Global Legal Demand Center team and serve as a critical liaison for law enforcement, first responders, and emergency personnel nationwide. In this role, you'll provide 24x7 support for emergency requests and legal demands while protecting customer information and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in legal compliance, telecommunications, public safety, emergency services, or a related field.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including overnight shifts, afternoon/evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, sound judgment, and effective listening skills to communicate clearly and professionally across all teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

911 Emergency Center experience.
Legal request or law enforcement support experience.
Network Operations Center (NOC) experience.
Knowledge of wireless networks.
Experience with case management or records systems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Sound decision-making under pressure.

Customer-focused mindset and professionalism.
Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and compliance in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

Respond 24x7 to emergency requests from law enforcement and first responders.
Process civil and criminal legal demands, including subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, surveillance, and location requests.
Provide authorized subscriber, location, and call record information in accordance with established policies.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow security and compliance protocols.
Accurately document and track requests while meeting service-level commitments.
Prioritize and manage multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
Represent AT&T as a custodian of records to authenticate information.
