About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Client Requirements to join their team. The Specialist, Client Requirements works with client team members and subject matter experts within Navitus to accurately capture and maintain client requirements, which will be key to a successful client experience. This position will partner with the Implementation, Customer Success, Key Accounts, Government Program, Discount Card and SMEs to maintain client requirements in CRM/Dynamics 365 and eZBenefits. Success will be measured by on-time delivery of client requirements with limited client and member interruption. Client satisfaction is also vital to success and will be evaluated by client surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficiency with Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) required.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and various reporting tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Builds client requirements utilizing CRM/Dynamics 365, eZBenefits and SharePoint based on business sold and outlined in RFP and contract.
  • Reviews and translates client plan documents and captures all requirements in the standard documents.
  • Identifies, captures and maintains all client benefits requirements throughout the lifecycle of the client contract.
  • End-to-end accountability for the overall timeliness and success of the client requirements for projects supported or led.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirement accuracy.
  • Performs quality validation on all requirements prior to handoff.
  • Responsible for tool standardization, appropriate resolution to technical issues, and data integrity.
  • Identifies and presents opportunities to improve efficiencies and standardization through enhanced processes and tools.
  • Adheres to department and company policy and procedures.
  • Travels to onsite meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
