About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing to join our Trade Capture team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact by executing client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing. You will resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. You will analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. You will support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards.
