About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing Representative to join our Investment Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.
