About The Position

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing Representative – Wealth Services to join our Wealth Services team. In this role, you'll make an impact by processing a high volume of client transactions and account-related requests in accordance with established procedures, monitoring queues and meeting service level expectations. You will also review work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve processing exceptions and discrepancies, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, identify risks, escalate appropriately, and support remediation. You will also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quality and turnaround time, support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation, use data and reporting to drive operational improvements, and support audit, compliance, and control activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • 0 - 3 years' experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation.
