Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in client service, operations, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
