About The Position

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations Representative to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll make an impact by providing comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring resolutions are timely and in line with client expectations. You will also coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations. Finally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
