Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Design and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end). Deliver Features: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to deliver features that align with business and user needs. Participation / Sprint Reviews: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews. Write Code: Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews. Troubleshoot: Resolve technical issues, escalating complex challenges to senior experts or "Chapters" as needed. Alignment: Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals. Migration Support: And integration of applications across data centers and cloud environments, as relevant to ongoing IT RDI initiatives. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Front End Technologies: Proficiency in (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). Back-end Languages: Familiarity with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and version control(Git). Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, cross-functional teams. Organizational Requirements & Preferences Product-Centric Structure: Willingness to work in a product-centric structure, with a focus on ownership and accountability for delivered features. Collaboration: Openness to cross-team collaboration and sharing best practices, avoiding siloed development. Flexibility: To support projects across different locations (e.g., Lexington, AMD, BLR), as hiring and project needs evolve. Documentation: Commitment to accurate documentation of requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Adaptability: Awareness of resource management practices, including the ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and team assignments. Desirable Skills Cloud Platforms: Exposure to (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOpspractices. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Participation in open-source projects or relevant internships. Soft Skills: Effective communication and teamwork and ability to adapt and willingness to take on new challenges.
