About The Position

Aspire’s Marketing team drives the strategy behind our GTM playbooks — generating pipeline and supporting growth across the full range of Aspire offerings. As an Audience GTM Specialist, you will be a key supporting contributor across demand generation, sales enablement, events, and asset management, helping the team execute more effectively by coordinating workstreams and applying AI tools to scale output. Reporting to the Director of Landscape & Pest GTM, this role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow — someone who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, execute on direction from senior team members, and apply AI tools to accelerate content production and audience intelligence across the GTM function.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results in influencing business outcomes
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience, ideally within growth-stage company environments
  • B2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with inbound demand generation funnels
  • Experience working with sales development teams
  • Ability to lead by influence, especially working cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets to drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, communicate conflicting priorities, and propose solutions
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage dependencies and align timelines across multiple departments.
  • Entrepreneurial test and learn mindset with a track record of innovation and the ability to move and pivot quickly
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) applied to content, enablement, or campaign workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Airtable, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience building or maintaining content repositories and GTM asset libraries
  • Background in growth-stage marketing environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of GTM launch activities for new and existing products, working from playbooks and direction set by GTM leadership
  • Help track deliverables and timelines across cross-functional GTM workstreams including product, sales, and marketing
  • Contribute to the documentation and templatization of GTM processes to improve consistency and repeatability
  • Support the preparation of GTM briefs, one-pagers, and internal readout materials as needed
  • Assist in gathering and organizing research on market trends, customer segments, and competitor positioning to inform GTM messaging
  • Help compile and summarize audience insights from available data sources to support targeting decisions
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and surface relevant signals for the team
  • Maintain and update audience segment documentation and persona materials as directed
  • Translate product release notes into clear, customer-facing language for use by sales and marketing teams
  • Help maintain and refresh sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials under the direction of GTM leadership
  • Capture and organize win/loss signals and sales conversation themes to support ongoing messaging refinement
  • Manage a filtered customer news workflow that surfaces relevant brand mentions and success stories for sales team use in prospect conversations
  • Assist MDR and SDR teams by preparing copy improvements and content updates to support outreach cadences
  • Help compile and organize campaign and GTM performance data into dashboards and reporting templates
  • Monitor key metrics across demand generation touchpoints and flag trends or anomalies to leadership
  • Assist with A/B testing documentation, results tracking, and summarizing learnings for team review
  • Maintain consistent reporting structures so leadership can assess ROI and prioritize resources effectively
  • Act as a connective resource between product, sales, marketing, and events teams — ensuring information flows and deadlines are met
  • Support user conference session content development including templatization of presentations, session names, and descriptions
  • Coordinate the pipeline for podcast interviews, webinar co-hosts, and event speaker opportunities
  • Maintain the GTM asset repository including product imagery, GIFs, value prop content, and LLM-ready resources by segment
  • Help ensure “About Us” messaging and review profiles remain current and consistent across all channels
