Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth & customer satisfaction for all customers within the assigned geography. The role involves prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales objectives, and serving as a technical sales consultant. The Account Manager will be responsible for both territory sales and margin growth, retaining and renewing maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction, and managing account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities. This position requires conducting sales planners and needs assessments, assisting with customer concern resolution in partnership with Operations, and collaborating with the branch business development sales team to identify opportunities. The role also involves communicating competitive feedback and market dynamics internally, utilizing Otis’ sales tools for opportunity tracking and forecasting, and managing opportunities in the CRM pipeline.
