About The Position

The Special Services Floater performs a range of cleaning and floor-care tasks, including pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, general cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, burnishing, and floor scrubbing. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, mainly from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and requires openness to working daytime hours as well. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and reliable transportation are required. No janitorial experience is required; training in the company’s best practices is provided. The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with the position and OSHA requirements, and comply with social-distancing requirements and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle/transportation.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with social-distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, goal orientation, self-motivation, strong communication skills, passion for helping others, competitive and driven personality, and positive, high-energy attitude.
