About The Position

The answer is you—a Special Security Representative who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action. As a Special Security Representative on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with government SMEs to identify their risks, understand applicable policies, and develop mitigation plans. You’ll review details from SMEs to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones. You’ll work with your client to translate security concepts so they can make the best decisions to secure their critical infrastructure. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in the DoD or intelligence community, including in an SCI or SAP environment
  • Experience supporting SCIF operations, including developing SOPs, access control, visitor management, and secure facility requirements
  • Knowledge of security regulations, including DoDM 5200.01, DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5205.07, IDC 7-4, or ICD 705
  • Knowledge of receipt, accountability, and destruction procedures of classified materials and overseeing secure transmission methods
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Ability to independently lead multiple security efforts simultaneously
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
