About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Special Response Security Officer. This role requires adaptability to changing missions, embracing change, and thriving in dynamic situations. As a casual Security Officer – Response, your duties will vary daily and may include customer service, patrols, or surveillance, demanding agility and precision.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation is required due to variable schedules and potential travel between locations.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• CLEET license or the ability to obtain one

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of security experience preferred
• Military or law enforcement background is also highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
