As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years security experience, with 1 year in a fast paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement experience.
• Have a valid PILB in hand.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED in hand.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You are certified in the areas of basic first aid, CPR/AED.
• Can obtain a certification in CPR/AED in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control screening guests, employees, vendors, and other visitors.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct periodic interior or exterior area patrols either by foot, golf cart, or vehicle.
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
