About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a role that varies by day and special event. The officer must adapt between duties such as customer service, patrols, and surveillance while maintaining security. The position is located in Midland, Texas, and has a part-time schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, or Thursday and Friday from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The hourly wage is $24.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Be able to obtain a Level 3 license within 30 days of employment.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.
