Requirements

Salary Grade G $25.75 - $31.55

Responsibilities

Receives, reviews, and approves special requests for customized cabinetry and components.
Participates in daily Special Request Meetings to review special requests with manufacturing contacts.
Answers questions from manufacturing or obtains answers from Customer Service as needed.
Contacts Purchasing for availability, lead time and price quote for outsourced product.
Contacts Laminate/Foil/Wood Species Specialist for availability, lead time and price quote for outsourced materials.
Calculates costs while documenting how price was obtained, using catalog, Excel, and Pricing Cheat Sheet.
Discuss pricing on complicated special requests with team members to ensure accurate and consistent pricing based on past experiences.
Updates Pricing Cheat Sheet upon Accounting Department approval.
Completes all ERP System special requests screens with accurate data specific to pricing lead time, manufacturing work order requirements and non-stock purchase order requisitions.
Research alternatives if special request order is denied by manufacturing and refers to Customer Service to notify customer.
Maintains product knowledge and construction methods.
