About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Special Procedure RN to join our Urology clinic. This role provides compassionate, patient-centered care by coordinating treatment for high-acuity patients, triaging needs, assisting with specialty procedures, and educating patients and families. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to supporting providers and the care team.

Requirements

Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a similar role as defined by specific department/procedure preferred.
Cardiology and ASC department requires ACLS
Pediatrics department requires PALS
