The Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for the comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to the resiliency of the assigned unit’s force and families. The Coordinator will organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands, recruit and ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to USSOCOM CPPNC standards. Responsibilities include collecting and reporting data for program evaluations, identifying and documenting program/service needs, and developing needs-based programming for specific demographic groups and geographic locations. The Coordinator must possess extensive knowledge of DoD resources such as Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and the Military Crisis Line. They will also lead or assist in coordinating and developing official processes, functions, and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.
