Special Investigations Unit (SIU) - Team Lead
About The Position
Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead to join their team. The SIU Team Lead will oversee a team of SIU coordinators, managing the scheduling, coordination, preparation, and monitoring of field investigator assignments. This role involves reviewing and editing reports and recordings for quality and accuracy, communicating with clients, generating invoices, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling other services. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for training new coordinators and collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operations, to provide file updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of SIU coordinators - schedule, coordinate, prepare, and monitor the assignments of our field investigators.
- Document findings and draft summary reports.
- Review and/or edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and cross-sell other services to clients when opportunities arise.
- Train new coordinators and communicate with other departments.
